Security Officer Digital Access Administration

About the role

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for digital access administration at an automotive location in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and clear communication. You will work with a collaborative team to maintain a secure environment while demonstrating agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven values.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, warehouse, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity and potential hazards
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific requirements
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred)
• Customer service experience (preferred)
• Guard card or license (preferred)
• Access control or badge experience (preferred)
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only

Schedule

Full Time: Daytime, Monday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Friday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Saturday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Sunday 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay

$22.52 / Hour
