Security Officer - Data Entry

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer. What matters most in this role is your ability to build meaningful connections and engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while working in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during hiring)

Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19.65 per hour.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Evening Shift: Wednesday - Sunday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM.
