GardaWorld Security Services is seeking Security Officers to serve as Security Ambassadors, delivering exceptional customer service while protecting people, property, and client operations. This position is located at a Data Center in Stillwater, OK.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, verify identification, and provide directions
• Monitor and control site access
• Conduct routine security patrols to identify and report potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance concerns
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid when needed, and coordinate with emergency responders
• Answer questions in person and over the phone
• Complete accurate incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies or security threats
• Help ensure the safety and security of people, property, and facilities

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
• Ability to walk at least one mile per hour during patrols
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to successfully pass an extensive background screening process
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• Current Oklahoma CLEET license or the ability to obtain one
