Security Officer - Data Center

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Officer (Security Guard) in Pryor, Oklahoma, working in a Data Center environment. The role emphasizes building meaningful connections, customer service, vigilance, and providing protection and safety for clients. As a GardaWorld Security Ambassador, you will engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's license & a clean MVR
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
• Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs
• Must be able to walk at least 1 mile every hour for patrols
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have an Oklahoma CLEET license, or ability to obtain one

Pay

$18 per hour

Schedule

Night shifts, full-time available, 6:00pm - 6:00am.
