Security Officer - Daily Pay

About the role

Ready to suit up as a Tactical Security Officer—Entry Level? What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Truck gate operations
• Accurate data entry for truck drivers
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tablets
• Mobile security patrols
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Have advanced written & communication skills
• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clear MVR record
• Must have 6 months of Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
• You have a state license if required

Schedule

• Full-time, Saturday through Monday, Thursday and Friday, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 2nd shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Full-time, Friday through Monday, 3rd shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Security License Bonus

We are offering a $150 security license bonus for those who already possess a valid WI security license. (Payable after 90 days of employment)
