What You'll Do

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with appropriate contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or conditions that could require follow-up.

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
