Job Description
As a Security Officer Credential Verification in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. At a busy logistics and distribution location, our Security Officers help manage access control, monitor assigned areas, and conduct routine patrols while remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
- Monitor access control points by verifying credentials, documenting entries and exits, and helping to control the flow of people, vehicles, and deliveries throughout the location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations, unusual activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around loading areas, warehouses, gates, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
Minimum Requirements
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- Guard Card/License is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
