Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, greeting visitors, and documenting entries and exits according to site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate access-control records, visitor logs, and incident documentation.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
