About the role
This is a Part-Time Security Officer position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily log with hourly notations
- Ensure visitors sign in and leave with picture identification
- Aid residents with maintenance concerns; complete work orders and submit to maintenance department
- Contact appropriate individuals for emergencies
- Aid governmental agencies (fire, police) as needed
- Understand fire alarm systems, emergency call systems, entrance doors, gates, telephone system, and paging systems
Requirements
The position requires working overnight on Mondays and Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM, offering $10-$20/hour. Benefits include paid time off, holidays, and sick time.
