- Saturday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Sunday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and high-traffic sections of the location to help to deter theft, trespassing, loitering, and/or disorderly conduct.
- Support loss prevention and access control practices by observing customer and vendor activity, verifying authorized access where required, and reporting policy violations or unusual incidents.
Minimum Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
