About the role
As a Security Officer Corporate Mobile in Norwalk, CT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including appropriate emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and the property perimeter.
- Monitor access points and report unauthorized activity, property concerns, and unusual conditions according to site procedures.
- Document patrol activity, incidents, and service requests through accurate reports and communication with appropriate personnel.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
