Security Officer - Corporate Lobby Patrol

About the role

Join Allied Universal at a premier commercial real estate location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support authorized entry procedures in line with site-specific protocols.
• Assist with daily operations by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate contacts for follow-up.

Requirements

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
