Security Officer - Corporate HQ

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to build meaningful connections while ensuring safety and providing exceptional customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the site
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Active state security license and completion of 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during hiring)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum nine months of security experience
• At least 21 years old
• Active driver’s license
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus

$25.60 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 10:00pm - 6:30am
