Security Officer - Corporate Building

About the role

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic campus location, helping to maintain a welcoming and secure environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to alarms and security-related concerns, and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
