Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site.
- Respond quickly to critical situations.
- Provide critical access control using screening guests, employees, vendors, and other guests. Screen people upon exiting.
- Provide extra security patrolling the grounds inside and outside of the facility by car, golf cart, and/or foot.
- Provide appropriate badges at the facility.
- Have excellent ability to read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Be proficient in working with electronics.
- Maintain vehicles and other assigned equipment; follow proper procedures.
- Be certified in the areas of CPR/AED or obtain them within 2 weeks of an offer.
Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or GED, or higher degree.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle outdoor weather of any type. Sit, stand, or walk for long periods.
- Capable of multitasking and working under pressure.
- At least 21 years of age or older.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 2 years of security experience, with at least 1 year in Construction Security.
- Valid PILB in hand.
- Within 1 week of an offer, obtain a certification in CPR/AED/First Aid.

Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $17.70 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).
Schedule
Set schedule: 40-hour work week. Must have availability to work any of the 7 days of the work week, and holidays as needed. Shift 1: Day: 6AM TO 2PM: Workdays to be discussed during the interview. Shift 2: Swing: 2PM to 10PM: Workdays to be discussed during the interview. Shift 3: Swing: 2PM to 10PM: Workdays to be discussed during the interview. Shift 4: Grave: 10PM to 6AM: Workdays to be discussed during the interview.
