Security Officer Condo HIRING!

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for individuals who naturally engage with others to reassure and inspire confidence in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control for the premises
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Florida Class D Security License (required)
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred)

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time: Monday - Friday, 12PM - 8PM
