Security Officer - Concierge Service
About the role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and a proven track record of reliability and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Tell visitors how they can best reach you and your team
- Verify visitor identities and escort them to their destinations
- Manage access control and perform regular patrols
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
- Achie and pass an extensive screening process
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills
- Have previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Have relevant security, military, or law enforcement experience (preferred)
- Have a state license if required

Full-Time, Rotating Days, 2nd Shift, 3p.m. to 11p.m.
Skills
Exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in basic phone & computer skills, and previous customer service experience are preferred.
