Security Officer - Concierge Patrol

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Stafford, TX. The position offers full-time availability with a competitive hourly wage of $17.00/hr (DailyPay is available).

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.
• Engage in customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage multiple access checkpoints both interior and exterior.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks and perform foot patrols.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.
• Communicate security concerns and ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer proficiency.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
• A state license may be required.
