Security Officer - Concierge

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner; provide high-level customer service at all times.
• Maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols of interior areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restricted spaces.
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies; follow established procedures for evacuation, medical situations, or disturbances.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, or policy violations to management and/or law enforcement.
• Provide concierge-style support, including answering inquiries, giving directions, receiving packages, and coordinating deliveries.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have 1-2 years of Security experience preferred.
• Have Customer Service and/or concierge experience is a plus!
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• If required, have a state license.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $17.75 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!).

Schedule

Set schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM , 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM , 10:00PM - 6:00 AM. Days TBD.
