Job Description
As a Security Officer Computer Assisted Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. You will use computer or tablet systems as needed while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including medical emergencies, visitor concerns, and disruptive behavior.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
- Maintain access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping support an orderly environment for patients and staff.
- Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to site leadership and/or appropriate personnel.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
