Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, entrances, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and assist with maintaining orderly building operations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Requirements

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Day Time: Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
