Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial property location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will stay active, visible, and engaged while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Preferred qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
