Security Officer - College Campus Residences

About the role

BSG offers a range of security services including patrol, onsite agents, executive protection, training programs, investigations, and global security operations center support. We also provide team excellence initiatives, agent selection processes, training and development programs, leadership opportunities, and media engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety and security in various locations.
• Provide executive protection services to high-profile individuals and entities.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing agents.
• Manage investigations related to security incidents and compliance issues.
• Operate and manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Facilitate team-building and excellence initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Select and train new agents to meet company standards.
• Support training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Lead teams and projects within the organization.
• Engage with media to promote BSG's security services and initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in security roles, preferably in executive protection or law enforcement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of security protocols and incident response procedures.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in security operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college or vocational training in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
