Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for potential hazards or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location protocols common to an aerospace and defense environment.
• Support site operations by communicating with supervisors, following post orders, and assisting with incident response, visitor direction, and other security-related duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
