Security Officer Clearance Required Patrol Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate observations, incidents, and security‑related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Requirements

• At least two years of security‑related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• Subject to a background investigation and drug screen as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Pay

Pay Rate: $19.17 per hour

• Saturday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Sunday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
