Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Screen visitors, team members, and/or deliveries entering the location by following post instructions and documenting required information.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to entry points, receiving areas, and other assigned spaces where conditions may vary by location.

Requirements

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
