Responsibilities
- Monitor facility systems including boilers, pumps, air handlers, fans, temperatures, and pressure levels.
- Ensure equipment is operating properly by troubleshooting issues and contacting the on-call Facilities Manager for guidance.
- Resolve many issues independently or with support from the manager via FaceTime or phone.
- Contact an outside vendor for additional repairs when needed.
- Monitor and report the status of facility equipment and mechanical systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
- Follow all site-specific safety, security, and emergency response procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, and solution-oriented manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding property to ensure the safety and security of the site.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Licenses and certifications required may vary by state and/or local laws and regulations.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.
Qualifications
- Must have a Class Three Boiler License from the City of Omaha (Boiler Certification).

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 3PM-11PM
