Security Officer - Call Center

About the role

GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Bogalusa, LA. The role requires a valid security license and offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Tell visitors how your natural ability to engage with others reassures and inspires confidence.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Achie and pass an extensive screening process.
• Show exceptional customer service skills.
• Be proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Have a state license if required.

Schedule

Set schedule: Monday-Thursday 2pm-10pm (32 hours per week).

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills, proficiency in basic phone & computer skills, Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience, and a state license if required.
