What You'll Do:

• Patrol and monitor assigned areas to keep people and property safe
• Control access points and check surveillance equipment
• Enforce rules and respond calmly in emergencies
• Write clear reports and document incidents
• Provide professional, customer-first service to clients and visitors

What We're Looking For:

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must have or be able to obtain an Unarmed Security License.
• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual a plus)
• Flexible schedule— including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to pass basic fitness test—stand for long periods, climb stairs, walk multiple miles per shift.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Team player with a customer service mindset
• Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. if needed

Pay

Pay: $16.00+ per hour

Schedule

• Night Shift: Pay Rate start: $16.00, Schedule: Wednesday night going into Thursday morning 0100-0700 and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 1900-0700. (42 hours)
• Day Shift: Pay Rate: $16.00, Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 0700-1900 and Wednesday 0700-1300
• Day Shift (Temporary): Pay Rate: $16.00, Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 0700-1900 and Wednesday 0700-1300
• Capitol Mall Flex: Pay Rate: $18.00, Schedule: Days, Nights, Swings, On call. Depends on Companies needs.
