Job Description
As a Security Officer Bilingual Vehicle Patrol Driver in Lynwood, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service. In this role, you will contribute with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity while helping people feel supported throughout the property.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or first responders as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe activity across the location to help to identify potential issues, support authorized entry, and follow post orders for after-hours and/or restricted areas.
- Assist with routine property-related observations, including checking doors, gates, lighting, and other visible conditions, and report concerns according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
