About the role
As a Security Officer Bicycle Patrol Driver in Bridgeton, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom and more. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas by bike, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, support access control, and deliver exceptional customer service. This position requires a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions, unauthorized activity, and potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit processes.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document events according to site requirements.
- Prepare clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be able to ride a bike.
- Baton certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

$18.00 / Hour
