Security Officer - Bank

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer who thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer service. About the role

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will focus on customer service while ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property across various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service duties, including welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and enforce facility rules, including removing unauthorized individuals
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• De-escalate scenarios as needed

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32-hour BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during hiring)

Preferred experience: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.85.

Schedule

• Set schedule: 37 hours per week
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Monday & Wednesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
