Security Officer - Bank

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Security Officer with sharp observation skills to monitor environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

About the role

As a Surveillance Security Guard, you will spot threats before they escalate, ensuring the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Schedule

• Set schedule: 40 hours per week
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Saturday, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Pay

• Competitive hourly wage of $22.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Strong customer service skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (can be obtained during the hiring process)

Preferred: Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience.
