About the role

As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This armed role requires a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit. Position type: Part Time.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation and communicate relevant information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
