As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor entry points, verify badges and visitor access, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support a welcoming experience through clear communication and customer service while documenting activity using computer or tablet systems. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers at a food and beverage production location by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor entry processes, and maintain accurate access-related records in accordance with site requirements.
• Control vehicle, delivery, and personnel access at designated entry points, directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas while reporting unusual activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.17 / Hour
• Position Type: Part Time
• Schedule: Friday 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Saturday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
