What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential verification, and other security-related policies at a technology-focused location.
- Monitor entry and exit points, process visitor check-in and/or delivery access, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening and documentation practices.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas, entry points, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to site procedures.
- Maintain accurate logs, access records, and incident reports, and support daily operations by following post orders and assisting with security-related requests from the client location.
Minimum Requirements
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Skills
