Responsibilities
- Conduct static security post/access control operations
- Provide mobile security support as directed by security leadership
- Respond to emergency situations (medical/fire/suspicious person, etc.)
- Execute roving patrols of assigned locations
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and meet uniform and grooming standards
- Operate security systems/software such as: CCTV, incident reports, access control/gates, etc
- Remain alert at all times in order to notify employees and others of possible threats or situations requiring immediate attention
- Provide customer service to executive leadership, members/guests, and/or others as needed
- Execute club procedures to ensure the protection of people, property, and information
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency certificate, 4+ years of experience in the military, law enforcement, overseas security contracting, or corporate security. Proficient with computers including Microsoft Office applications, Excellent knowledge and comprehension of public safety and security procedures, Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbal and written, in English, Ability to obtain and maintain state-specific guard card or other licensing requirements such as CPR/First Aid/AED/etc, Able to wear and walk/stand with approximately 10-30lbs of gear throughout an 8-hour shift and handle occasional mandatory overtime, Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Additional Requirements: Ability to work either morning, afternoon or night shift (weekdays and/or weekends), Morning (0600-1400), Afternoon (1400-2200), Night (2200-0600), Availability to work any schedule needed as circumstances dictate or as needed by security leadership, Must pass a background check, open source/public checks, and substance/drug screening
