Requirements
To be considered for a position at UnityPoint Health, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Influenza vaccination during influenza season
- Tdap vaccination within the past 10 years
- MMR vaccinations, proof of vaccination or laboratory proof of immunity
- Varicella vaccinations, proof of vaccination or laboratory proof of immunity
- Tuberculosis testing
