We're hiring an On-Site Courtesy Officer to join us in executing our vision for student living. This position focuses on patrolling the community for safety concerns and enforcing policies.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform nightly patrols for vandalism, suspicious behavior, and other issues.
• Maintain a nightly log of patrols and reports, providing documentation to the General Manager.
• Report disturbances, incidents, and maintenance concerns to the General Manager.
• Respond to resident complaints and community disturbances promptly.

Operational Details

• Job location is based at the assigned community.
• Working hours consist of evening and weekend shifts.
