Responsibilities
Join Good Samaritan’s Security Team as a PRN Officer and help protect patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current State of Georgia driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than six Trinity Health unsafe driving points within a 24-month period)
- Must obtain the following certifications:
- American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support (CPR) – required within one year of employment
- International Association for Healthcare Safety and Security – required within one year of employment
- Defensive Tactics – annual recertification required
- ASP Tactical Baton – annual recertification required
- Taser – annual recertification required
- Minimum of three years of security, police, or military experience preferred
- Healthcare security experience is a plus
