Pay

$24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work from a guard shack, monitoring premises and controlling access
• Perform conflict resolution and de‑escalation
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity
• Ensure all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed
• Provide customer service and information to clients’ employees and guests
• Utilize technology devices throughout the shift
• Conduct tours of the property to prevent trespassing
• Carry out site‑specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Above‑average computer/technology skills (software and smart‑device usage)
• Security, law‑enforcement, or military experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and team‑leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under stress
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift
• Professional demeanor
• Rapid, effective judgment in emergencies with appropriate escalation
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screening (drug screen and background investigation)
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods
• Good critical‑thinking and reporting skills
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and shifts; open availability preferred
