Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and positive shopping experience for all guests.
• Protect the property on foot and by vehicle, remaining visible and observant.
• Maintain the security cellular phone and professionally respond to all calls for service within the center.
• Remain calm and handle issues confidently and professionally while applying conflict‑resolution skills.
• Assist the security manager in implementing the center's safety work plan, work activities, surveillance, projects, and programs.
• Document activity using appropriate corporate and center security forms.
• Ensure work product is concise, accurate, and thorough.
• Perform all duties according to OSHA‑established health and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1 year or more of security experience.
• First‑aid and CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional observational skills.

Schedule

Full‑time position requiring availability to work weekends.
