Security Officer

About the role

We are seeking skilled and professional Security Officers who are committed to safety, exceptional service, and making a meaningful impact every day.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and secure assigned areas to ensure a safe environment
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
• Build professional relationships with staff, patients, and visitors
• Enforce organizational policies with professionalism and respect
• Complete accurate and detailed reports
• Serve as a visible and reliable presence throughout your shift
• Participate in hands-on interventions, including the safe application of restraints in accordance with policy and training
• Operate state-of-the-art weapons detection system to ensure patient, family, employee and facility safety

Requirements

Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience strongly preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent observation skills and attention to detail

Reliable, professional, and committed to safety

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
