Shift Differential for Third Shift Positions

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Must hold a valid non-expired driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with outstanding customer service and provide them with information about casino promotions, different areas within the casino (Poker, Blackjack, Bingo and the bars), other activities within the area, and any other information that is given by your supervisor for customer relations.
• Escort money within the casino and to the bank, customers, employees (when needed), and any outside vendor (when needed).
• Fill out incident reports and act as a safety and fire watch.
• Report any situation that may be deemed hazardous.
• Protect the gaming facility’s machines and property from vandalism; watch and track suspicious persons and activities.
• Ensure customer and employee safety during any emergency situation (fire, tornado, bomb threat, robbery, or hazardous chemical spill).
• Act as traffic control when needed.
• At all times, display a professional and friendly attitude and take pride in the job being performed.
• Work closely with every department in the casino and the Tribal Police Department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by a supervisor, director, or member of management.
• Operate a motorized vehicle/golf cart in a safe manner to transport customers and employees to/from parking lots and casino.
• Ensure all passengers are seated correctly before transport.
• Display a very positive attitude toward casino operations.
• Perform fueling and service of the vehicle assigned.
