About the role
Miami Valley Gaming is seeking a Security Officer to join their team. This position offers a starting hourly wage of $15.75 - $16.15, with the potential for an additional $1.75 per hour in the first year and time-and-a-half pay for select holidays and high-volume business days. Earning potential includes annual pay increases and the opportunity to become a Certified Protection Officer (CPO) through a partnership with the International Foundation of Protection Officers, which is provided at no cost.

Qualifications

- No prior security experience required; paid training is provided.

- Guest service background helpful.
- Ability to obtain necessary licenses (Ohio Lottery Commission gaming license and Ohio Casino Control Commission Sports Betting license).
