About the role
Join our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365.

Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NC Driver's License - Clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Valid PPSB NC Security License preferred
- Previous dispatch experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with report writing
- Monitoring and surveillance experience
- Previous security experience is a plus

Pay
$20.50 per hour
Schedule
2nd Shift (32 hours) - Friday to Monday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Tuesday to Thursday off)
