About the role

Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Elite Security Team, ensuring a safe and secure environment at one of Phoenix’s premier luxury destinations. Associates are expected to embody professionalism, respect, and a customer‑centric attitude while delivering genuine hospitality and memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel premises to identify and address security risks.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and safety hazards.
• Maintain order with a focus on guest and associate well‑being.
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity.
• Assist guests and employees with various security needs.

Requirements

• Background in law enforcement, security, or military (preferred).
• Ability to make independent decisions and maintain composure in challenging situations.
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and life‑safety systems.
• Position is safety‑sensitive as defined by law, involving duties that could affect the safety or health of the employee or others.
