About the role

The Arizona Grand Resort & Spa is seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence to join our Security team. Varied Shifts AM and PM. Compensation: Starting at $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the hotel premises to identify and address security risks
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and safety hazards
• Maintain order with a focus on guest and associate well-being
• Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity
• Aid guests and employees with various security needs

Requirements

• A background in law enforcement, security, or military preferred
• Ability to make independent decisions and maintain composure in challenging situations
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and life safety systems

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
