Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet organizational needs.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience with adult learning theories and methodologies.
- Knowledge of training delivery methods such as classroom, online, and blended learning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
