Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $20.25 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Part-time: Friday, Saturdays, and Sundays, 2pm to 10pm.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Use computer skills (Outlook, visitor management, and access control systems)
• Work in the lobby and conduct walking patrols

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Be proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Have 2 years of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement
• Hold a state license if required
• Have CPR/First Aid certification
• Demonstrate computer literacy and phone skills
• Have access control and customer service experience
• Be at least 21 years of age due to contractual agreements
• Hold an active DCJS License
